endPoverty.org only collects information that visitors voluntarily provide on our forms, or to process or service a transaction or request made by the visitor.  Donors who give through our online donations engine or Gift Catalog, and visitors who register for our e-newsletter are added to a general distribution mailing list and may be sent periodic updates about the work of endPoverty.  Contact information of those who register is not made available to third parties.

Personal information collected when a donor makes a contribution is used for the purposes of tracking the contribution and to provide a receipt of the transaction. endPoverty.org does not keep credit card information on file.  Credit card information is processed on an off-site, encrypted, secure server managed by a third-party commercial credit card institution. This institution guarantees protection of personal information within the constraints of their providing requested services.
